Trout Creek International Homes (TCIH) offers a variety of special services to its clients. A number of these services are quite often integral to the completion of a log project, whereas other services may not always be needed or they fit in the category of “are really nice to know about in case I do need them”.

Special services that frequently become part of a log project include:

General contractor co-ordination
Structural engineering co-ordination
Anti-fungal treatment of logs
Shipping co-ordination, both domestically and internationally
Provision of stain and chinking sealant products
Co-ordination of sealant applicator services

Special services that may be needed in the course of a log project include:

Interior design services
Window supplier information
Roofing supplier information
Access to unique features for your home, e.g., carved wood doors
Custom millwork or other custom features, e.g., a gazebo
Lock up packages on volume orders

Our experience in the log home industry has allowed us to come into contact with a lot of different resources throughout this industry and other industries.
